Does anyone know how to get these games running on Windows 10 without using a VM? I've tried Win 95/98/ME compatibility mode in 256 colors and the game does run, but the colors are screwed up and the picture is squashed up onto the left side of the game window. I'm hoping someone on here can use their wizard powers to offer some kind of fix. Revival! Eggerland is commercial but Eggerland Episode 0 is freeware and can be downloaded from
This game was released as エッガーランド - エピソード 0- Quest of Rara in Japan. It is a free demonstration version of the 2000 release of Revival! Eggerland. Since this game is freeware offered by Hal Labs, you can download it for free. For those who wish to do so, follow the link below (although it is in Japanese, it is easy enough to understand):

The game Contains 32 puzzles, a Construction Mode, and Lala as the heroine. The Construction mode makes it easy for players to create their own custom stages, which are saved as .txt files, and then share them with their friends or upload them onto the Internet for anyone to enjoy. There are thousands of user-made stages available for download on the Internet today.
This is mostly a console (and arcade) gaming trope, as extra material for PC games is typically released in the form of an Expansion Pack. It's common, however, for PC games to be re-released as a bundle along with their expansion(s) / DLC, typically with such titles as "Gold Edition" (not to be confused with "going gold"), "Platinum Edition", "Complete Edition" or "Game of The Year Edition". For a while it was less prevalent on console systems, as DLC took a while for them to match the scale of an Expansion Pack, thus justifying a convenient re-release for those who hadn't purchased the game yet. If the "updated re-release" is on the same platform as the original, then expect the added content to be provided as a download code rather than being present on the disc.
Thus far, it has been confirmed that Wii will be able to play NES, SNES, Mega Drive/Genesis, TurboGrafx 16 and N64 games, which will be downloadable for a fee through the Internet through the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. Nintendo is calling this service the Virtual Console. Nintendo will also launch a new service called WiiConnect24, which will offer game updates and downloadable demos for Wii and possibly Nintendo DS even while the machine is powered off. Wii will also be backward compatible with GameCube discs, and will boast a "docking station" for GameCube accessories. Wii was originally confirmed to be able to play DVDs with a separate attachment but this feature has recently been removed from official documentation. Wii will also wirelessly interface with the Nintendo DS in some way. Also confirmed is that the back of the console will have two USB ports, a first for a Nintendo Console. 2ff7e9595c
