Capcom Fighting Jam: Original Soundtrack, an officially licensed soundtrack of the game, was released on December 12, 2004 in Japan only. This album features the original music found in the game composed by Noriyuki Asakura. The first pressing of this album came with an exclusive mini disc that featured both the vocal and instrumental versions of Ingrid's theme; 'Heat Haze' by Maiko Kubo. The cover artwork was done by Shinkiro.
The soundtrack includes seven remixed tracks from previous games: "Raid", "Coup", "Siberian Tunnel" and "Mass Cloud" from the original Arcade game, the "Kazakh" and "Egypt" stage themes from the NES Strider (making this the first time music from the NES Strider has been officially remixed); and "The Armed Fortress", a remix of the stage 2 theme from Strider 2.

Beginning in the middle of Season 4, due to large size, DEATH BATTLE! now uses stock music and original fight scores. According to Death Battle Cast #196, the change was done to avoid copyright claims since DEATH BATTLE! became a bigger show. The fight tracks are now original compositions done by musicians like Brandon Yates or Therewolf Media.
